Lead in Farm To Table

Thomas Neukom, Executive Chef at the The Loft Bakery, Kitchen and Lounge at Granary Road Market just outside of Calgary, Alberta has been pleasing palates with Canadian Rocky  Mountain Resorts (CRMR) signature Rocky Mountain Cuisine for over 18 years.

Neukom was formerly the Executive Chef at The Lake House as well as The Ranche where he highlighted the very best of Canadian Rocky Mountain Ranch’s game meats including elk, bison and caribou.

From 1999 to 2003, Neukom lead a talented team at Buffalo Mountain Lodge, Banff, Alberta, before taking a brief break from CRMR to work in Prince Edward Island for three years.

Originally hailing from Switzerland, Neukom worked at Gstaad Place and Jungfrau Victoria in Interlaken – both members of The Leading Hotels of the World – prior to moving to Canada.

A proud member of the Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts team, Neukom has had the opportunity to showcase Rocky Mountain Cuisine at the James Beard Foundation in New York.
